Brussels - July 13, 2010: In a call to action, the Article 29 Working Party adopted an opinion on the principle of accountability.
The Article 29 Working Party published Opinion 3/2010 on the Principle of Accountability, calling for the inclusion of the principle of accountability in the revised data privacy directive (Directive 95/46/EC).
